Policies and Procedures

Rental Policies

  •  Maximum 13 people (plus baby in crib)
  •  Family or adult groups only
  • Absolutely NO pets
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING inside
  • Weekly rentals only summer and fall
  • 3 night minimum rental in winter and spring
  • $500 refundable damage deposit required for rentals per week or less
  • All fees due 6 weeks in advance of rental starting date
  • $500 up-charge and weekly only Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks

Rental Procedures

  •  Confirm dates, number of renters, and rates with owners
  •  Send rental agreement to owners with $500 deposit; rental agreement will be signed  and a copy returned for your records
  • Pay rent, tax, cleaning, (optional) hot tub, and (optional) wireless fees 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date
  • We accept personal or bank checks or certain credit cards for payment of deposit and/or other fees. 3% management fee for credit card payments
  • When fees are received, directions, alarm and lock box codes for entry, and other important information will be sent to you.
  • Specific instructions for wireless, fireplace, heated floors, etc. will be in a notebook in the house. Another notebook will contain fliers of restaurants, attractions, etc. in the area. Enjoy your stay!
  • Your deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure, assuming no problems
